We had been to breakfast many times at this former Burger King turned local restaurant, but never for dinner. I had worked late so we got there around 7 pm and there was a car show going on. Asked Marv if he thought Vin Unleaded, my 2002 Dodge Van might be mistaken as a show car; he said maybe with the cat tail wiper on the back window. Marv’s Goldwing might, especially with the lights he has put on it – they probably can be seen from outer-space.
We found the dinner offerings rather average. I did try a fajita dish that had a flat piece of pita instead of a tortilla, but it would have been better if it had been toasted and topped with Salsa and Tzatziki sauce – now that combined with the seasoned beef strips, onions and peppers would probably have been something special. We will probably stick to going for breakfast occasionally, although it is usually packed for breakfast.
We had hoped to check out some of the cars but the show must have been ending when we arrived as they were gone by the time we got to the parking lot.
