I recall in the good old days what is now considered “at risk” like the above was considered great. It used to be age+100 was normal, but understand that was too far on the other end of the spectrum. This is at Kroger and called the “HIGI” station and is free.
I had been walking around the grocery store before taking this but didn’t take it again as it seems goes higher after I get aggravated for having the not normal score. It is nice that most grocery stores now offer some sort of option to check your blood pressure, although it is scary when it says “See a Doctor immediately” if it over a certain reading. It could mean you just need to cut back on caffeine; doing so helped me get mine in check, along with walking more.
