I found a coupon in a local mailing company Mad Money Coupon Book for a “Buy One, Get One-Half Price” at Mi Pueblo and decided to try it.
What is striking are the beautiful murals painted in the lobby and on the walls, but didn’t see any artist signatures. There are three sections and there is a patio on the outside to the right of the building. The divided sections cut down on the noise and make for a more intimate dining experience, but the far right section does not have ambiance as it is near the kitchen and has more a diner type of feel; might be ok for a quick lunch, but would not want to sit in that area for dinner.
The seats are a combination of booths and tables. The chairs have colorful suns painted on a green background, but the wicker seating is not the most comfortable if you are sitting for very long.
Our waiter was prompt and polite and the food arrived in record time, but it was during the week and not very busy.
The Chips were hot and crispy, but could use a little salt. The salsa was ok, it was an almost pureed mixture of tomatoes, jalapenos, and Cilantro and it had a little heat, but not overwhelming. The star dish for me was the fajitas; the meat was seasoned and the peppers and onions were fresh and roasted just right.

Each of our dinners were $11.99, which is about the same as similar Mexican restaurants in town for those types of dishes.
It is a restaurant that we will visit again.
