Ronald Reagan Spray Painting

DSCN8723
While tooling around downtown we spotted murals on the side of building that Pint and Slice occupies in downtown Fort Wayne, IN.

While at first glance it might look like a tribute to the late 40th President of the United States, with “God Bless Ronald and Nancy Reagan scrawled upon Ronnie’s head, I have a feeling is graffiti, not a commissioned piece like the other two mural; it is much smaller and doesn’t fit in with the colorful frog and fish murals (I will post the other murals tomorrow).   It is much small and just painted in blue and upon closer inspection although I cannot make out what the top work is to be, it looks like the word below that could “racist” as it goes on to say it is a noun and “A person who believes that a particular race is” and can’t make out anything beyond that.

It is painted in blue spray paint in what looks like was probably a stencil and upon closer inspection, although I cannot make out what the top work is to be, it looks like the word below that could “racist” as it goes on to say it is a noun and “A person who believes that a particular race is” and can’t make out anything beyond that.
